Guidance to help you navigate completing your environmental compliance reporting with confidence.
If your facility stores an Extremely Hazardous Substances (EHS) on-site above the threshold planning
quantities (TPQs), you need to cooperate with local agencies in emergency plan preparation.
If you have an accidental release of an EHS or “hazardous substance” at your facility, you need to notify State and Local officials for areas likely to be affected by the release.
If your facility has hazardous chemicals on-site at or above the reporting threshold threshold planning
quantities (TPQs), you need to submit an annual Tier II report by
March 1st of each year.
Toxics Release Inventory
U.S. facilities in different industry sectors must report annually how much of each chemical is released to the environment and/or managed through recycling, energy recovery and treatment.
